Wadza provides rostering administrative support to staff, ensuring that staff placements align with the rostering needs of the facilities. She is responsible for creating and managing staff schedules, which involves matching nurses and caregivers with client needs, optimizing staffing levels, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Wadza works closely with Kara collaborating to schedule shifts, maintaining records and coordinating staff assignments.
Matt provides crucial administrative support, insights from his experience in recruitment, coordination, and client communications. He works closely with Mac and Kara ensuring the seamless functioning of the operations and logistical requirements.
Kara manages direct relationships with aged care facilities and healthcare institutions. She works to develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts with aged care providers, healthcare service coordinators and relevant state and federal organizations. Kara also manages the logistical and administrative aspects of staffing and services.
Lisa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Prodigy Health Solution’s human resources function. She manages the recruiting and hiring of employees, employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and developing HR policies and procedures, as well as handling complaints and incident reports with the facilities. Lisa plays a crucial role in supporting employee well-being and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Kim is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the organization. She oversees office operations, manages support staff, and ensures efficient administrative processes. Kim focuses on streamlining procedures, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, and providing essential support to facilitate the smooth functioning of the organization.
Mac is the driving force behind Prodigy Health Solutions (PHS) and is responsible for overseeing daily operations. He collaborates with all departments to improve productivity, control costs and maintain quality standards while implementing strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
